- correct installation,
- after-sales and maintenance service that preserves the performance of the system built over time.

Requirements to become an IQC
- Installation of at least 8 Combivox systems, certified by registration of the S / N through a warranty extension service;
- construction of a minimum number of 12 Combivox plants per year;
- obligation to register the S / Ns of the installed control units, through the warranty extension service in order to prove all the installations of Combivox control units carried out;
- in-depth technical knowledge of the entire Combivox product range and with particular aptitude for the integrated Anti-theft-Video-surveillance-Home automation system proposals;
- geographical compatibility of the area with other IQC already present;
- references from the usual dealer from whom the Combivox products are purchased;
- participation in training meetings at the area dealership;
- participation in at least one advanced technical-training course at the Combivox headquarters.
